We work with a curated network of trusted professionals (catering, florists, photographers). However, we are always open to collaborating with new vendors if they meet our high standards of quality and reliability.
Do we pay vendors directly or through you?
For total transparency, you will always pay vendors directly. We manage the contracts, deadlines, and communication, but all financial transactions happen between you and the service provider.
What happens if a vendor cancels last minute?
This is exactly why you hire a planner. We always have a "Plan B" and a network of emergency contacts to ensure a seamless replacement without any stress on your wedding day.
How often will we have meetings?
We typically schedule monthly video calls in the early stages, moving to bi-weekly or weekly as we get closer to the date. You will also have access to a shared digital planning folder for real-time updates.
Can you help with guest RSVPs and meal choices?
Yes, our Guest Experience service includes managing the guest list, dietary requirements, and RSVP tracking, ensuring the catering team has perfectly accurate information.
What is your "Plan B" for rain?
Every outdoor venue we recommend must have a solid indoor or covered alternative that is just as beautiful. We finalize the weather contingency plan 48–72 hours before the event.
How do we secure our date with you?
To officially book your date, we require a signed planning agreement and an initial deposit. Once these are received, we start the venue scouting and conceptual design immediately.
Do you charge for travel expenses?
Travel expenses for site inspections and the wedding weekend are clearly outlined in our proposal based on the location (Amalfi, Tuscany, Lake Como, etc.) so there are no surprises later.
What is the minimum budget you work with?
While we don't have a rigid "minimum," our bespoke services are best suited for weddings with a total investment starting from €35,000 - €40,000 to ensure the level of quality we represent.
